Visiting Rocky Mountain National Park and want to learn more? Explore the history and nature of Rocky Mountain National Park on a ranger-led program! Walks, talks, and other ranger-guided activities are free and open to the public. Program topics vary by season and include night sky programs, snowshoe walks, and interactive talks. Kids (and adults!) of all ages can become a Junior Ranger by getting an activity booklet from any visitor center. Junior Ranger programs offered in summer.

Request Process:

Stop in a visitor center or call Rocky Mountain National Park’s information office at (970) 586-1206 for more information about current program offerings. Most programs are drop-in and do not require a reservation.

Reservations are required for snowshoe walks.
